Bodynamics is a small group personal training community with locations in Santry, Ashbourne and Finglas.
We specialise in structured strength training for women aged 30 to 55 who want to feel stronger, more confident and supported long term.
We are not a traditional gym.
We are a coached environment built around clarity, progression and belonging.
